Friends of Grass Lake Township offer scholarship to graduating seniors

Friends of Grass Lake Township (FGLT) will be awarding scholarship opportunities to seniors graduating in 2022 from Grass Lake High School.

What you need to know

The FOGLT Scholarship Committee will be focusing on the following criteria for each applicant who applies:

• Academic-minimum 2.5 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
• Community Service **
• Financial Need **
• At least 2 letters of recommendation (non-family members)
• Resident of Jackson County
• 250-word essay

The 250-word essay must address the following:

• Career and education goals
• Commitment to your area of interest
• Reasons for extended community service
• Financial need

Applications are due no later than April 15th, 2022.
